The Original Knit has a liberal cancellation policy.

How do I cancel an order on The OriginalKnit.com?

For any reasons if you ever have to cancel an order, please do so before it is shipped. We offer full refunds for non-shipped orders. If orders are already shipped then they can only be exchanged with other products.

For outright cancellations by you:

-If you cancel your order before your product has been shipped, we will refund the entire amount. Refunds usually take 5-7 working days depending upon your Bank.

If the cancellation is after your product has shipped:

-If you received the product, it will be eligible for replacement, only in cases where there are defects found with the product and you notify us of the defects within 48 hours of receiving the product.

Refund Policy:

Refunds will be made in the form of Credit Note.

Return Policy for Domestic & International Customer

If you think, you have received the product in a bad condition or if the packaging is tampered with or damaged before delivery, please refuse to accept the package and return the package to the delivery person. Also, please email us at TOK@theoriginalknit.com mentioning your Order ID. We will personally ensure that a brand new replacement is issued to you with no additional cost. Please make sure that the original product tag and packing is intact when you send us the product back.

Apart from condition reserved herein above, the following products shall not be eligible for return or replacement, viz:

• Any product that exhibits physical damage to the box or to the product;

• Any product that is returned without all original packaging and accessories, including the retail box, tags and all other items originally included with the product at the time of delivery;

• Any product from which the UPC (Universal Product Code) has been removed from its original packaging.

Every effort has been made to ensure that products are presented on www.theoriginalknit.com as accurately as possible.

For International Customers- No goods may be returned without prior consent.

For faults, please email us on tok@theoriginalknit.com within 2 days of receiving the items.

All customers are responsible for import duty, VAT, or other taxes. Customs, duties, and taxes vary widely from country to country. Please check your local tax and duty laws! Refusing to pay duties will not return your package to The Original Knit India, and no refunds will be issued. Please be familiar with the duties your country levies on imports because we have no control over those amounts and will not be held liable.
